Precision and Flexibility: The 0-145 kN dual scale rechargeable digital gauge offers accurate load measurement for high-capacity testing. The gauge is compatible with the FREE-to-use Hydrajaws Verify PRO App and is detachable for easy calibration, helping to reduce carrier return costs and maintain accuracy over time.
Enhanced Stability and Adjustment: The 2008 model features a lightweight aluminium offset triangular load-spreading bridge with nine height positions and fine height adjustment via swivel feet. This design ensures optimal stability and precise load distribution. The load application is managed through a 24 mm ratchet handle that drives a hydraulic multiplier, while a spirit level helps monitor the overall balance of the test rig.
Comprehensive and Portable: The M2008 Heavy Duty Tester is designed for proof load testing of larger fixings up to 145 kN, in line with BS 8539 and AEFAC-TN05. It is supplied in a wheeled military-grade carry case with a telescopic handle for easy transport. The kit includes a foam filler for accommodating four rebar adaptors, a Hydrajaws gauge calibration certificate valid for 12 months, and full operating instructions. Optional extras allow for additional applications, such as rebar pull-out tests and pad eye load tests. With the load-spreading bridge and tester combined weighing only 14 kg, it offers a lighter and more convenient solution compared to separate hydraulic pump and cylinder setups.
Equipped with state-of-the-art data logging capabilities, the M2008 allows for real-time monitoring and tracking of pull testing results via the free-to-use Hydrajaws Verify App.
